Start-Up 101
Start-Up 101 is a workshop series held for students and community members interested in someday running their own business. The workshop is led by a variety of established entrepreneurs, Texas A&M former students, and other business professionals.
This unique workshop introduces students to the core issues of how to transform an idea into an operating business.
In partnership with the Brazos Valley Small Business Development Center, CNVE invites students from all majors and classifications to join with seasoned entrepreneurs to learn from their experiences. The program’s unique format is comprised of general sessions led by business veterans.
The goal of the program is to expose students to the broad issues they will have to deal with whether they start their business right after graduation or ten years down the road. By participating, they learn the important questions to ask and discoverresources that will be there to help when the time comes.
